Check Flight Aware. There are flights inbound this AM from Sun Country, Miami Air, and Northwest. All arrive within 30 minutes of each other, almost in sequence. SEE YA THERE!
LOL! How ironic, I am at SFO and then all these special flights go to RNO, Murphy's law at it's best ;) :lolsign::rofl:
You guys better deliver :popcorn::goodluck!:

There is a 737 over at Atlantic right now. I think it is the Sun Country bird, but not sure. White paint job, can't see the title on the fuselage. COA's 737 is also still over there.
Also, Alaska's Disney c/s (N784AS) is here now also.
Got a few shots of the NWA airbus taxiing in.

Got 'em all! Miami Air at 10:27, Alaska at 10:56, Northwest at 11:01, and Sun Country at 11:16. They came in 1-2-3-4 with no other a/c in-between. But ... it was raining steadily and the clouds were heavy, dark, and low. No matter where I tried to set up, I was getting raindrops on the lens just as soon as I tried to aim upwards towards the approach line. So I had no choice but to stand UNDER the overpass by Rock Park. I stood under it so the rain wasn't hitting the camera lens but just far enough out from the lip of the bridge to be able to try some snaps. But that led to another problem: I couldn't see the a/c coming until they were almost over the Truckee. I could HEAR them approaching but not see them until the last second. So I was caught by surprise because the Miami Air came in to 16 LEFT, and my lens was not zoomed in enough. But I took the shots anyway, and I'll post them. (But they sure aren't anything to brag about because the WX was just too lousy.) The Alaska totally caught me by surprise; esp. when I saw the Disney scheme. I got pretty soaked, but I'd do it all again 'cause that's what we spotters do.
Mike: The white bird was the Miami Air International. The COA was right in front of the terminal. And the Sun Country parked side-by-side with the BSK. I went down Rock to the Atlantic parking lot but we could see a bunch of tour busses pulling in to the lot, so I figured that with both the BSK and SCX birds having just arrived and with the pouring rain too, there was no point in me hanging around.
Ryan: Don't be too upset that you missed these arrivals. Take a look at the pics I'm posting and you'll realize just how awful the WX really was. Even tho I was standing under the overpass so the rain wasn't pounding down on me, I STILL ended up getting misty moisture spots on my lens in mere seconds. You can see them on the pics. I cleaned the lens after EACH arrival, and then I kept it covered until I could hear the next arrival approaching, but in the two heartbeats AFTER I'd uncover the lens, the moisture spots would get on my lens again. That's how crummy it was out there. So don't feel too bad that you weren't there.
That's how it been lately Gary with this crappy weather. It has either been perfect sun or rain :( At least you got them! :coolthumb:
