Mike, I saw your truck on the east side this afternoon, but i couldn't tell if you were in it. Man, I sure hope you had your camera today. WHAT A DAY, eh? First, TWO Allegiants in the AM, including the Blue Man Scheme (see previous thread). Then, you MUST have seen the F-18 do his flyby and then touchdown on 34L. He went to Atlantic and I circled their parking lot for at least 25 minutes but I never saw where they parked him. I got a shot but it's super lousy. Your truck had passed by about 15-20 minutes earlier so I figured you might be near 25 as that private plane was landing on 25 with the F-18 flying straight over him on the 16L flyby. What a GREAT shot that would have been, but I was in the absolutely WORST POSSIBLE location. And also, were you able to catch that super photo opportunity when the inbound AA '57 passed right above that brand-spanking new AA '37 taxiing out? I wanted that shot SO bad, but from Turbo it was directly INTO the sun, but I saw your truck was in a much better position to the west by then. And (I'm not 100% about this), was that a rejected takeoff by that UA? My scanner was on the dash and I was in the back when my wife asked me what the UA pilot meant when he said he was "rejecting." It's a term she certainly would not have dreamed up, so she MUST have heard it. I had heard the UA taxiing out to 34L a couple moments earlier and had even heard it spooling and going by behind us after getting clearance. But I never heard anything after she asked, and I couldn't see from where we were if it left or not. So did you catch ANY of these today? And there is a Fed Ex Airbus enroute but he arrives after 6.

I was down there just a few minutes ago but had to be back for dinner. The Hornets are parked under the new tower. I also think that UPS plane I thought was a 767 may be an A300 instead. Hope you got some photos Mike!!

Sorry guys, I was out front all day and missed all that action. Gary, you probably saw Greg in a similar truck. I never made it to the east side of the field today. Sorry guys. :(

Ryan, that FedEx is on the inbound now and she's an A306. I've got her on Web Track; she's due in 14 minutes. Mike, man, I'm sorry you weren't in position to catch any of today's activity. But it's probably better; you wouldn't have gotten any work done if you'd been on the tarmac side. lol Ryan, do those F-18s look like RONs?

I am talking about the UPS bird thats been parked at the cargo ramp for what seems like the last few days actually Gary :)

I didn't get too good of a look at the Hornets so I have no idea to be honest :(
