#1. Tractor trailer rig flips on its side as it leaves airport terminal. Driver was going to fast and was intoxicated. Taken to hospital, treated for injuries and then placed under arrest for DUI. Roadway slightly damaged and curb chipped. No injuries other than dumbass driver.
#2. WN flight 1416 to Las Vegas returned to gate shortly after push-back due to passenger choking on peanuts. Fire and Remsa called. Passengers airway cleared and flight continued on without incident.
#3. Passenger verbally assaulting airport custodian (me) for no apparant reason. I called Airport Police who came and questioned this idiot. He was arrested for having a warrant out for his arrest in California. Dumbass #2.
#4. WN flights into and out of Las Vegas will be delayed through next May due to runway construction down at McCarran. Some delays have been as long as 1.5-3hrs.
